We offer easy returns & exchanges within 3 days of delivery 🔄
Items must be unused, unwashed & in original condition with tags intact 🏷️
To request a return or exchange, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images/videos 📸
A flat ₹99 return handling fee will be applicable on all returns 💸

❌ NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Products purchased on sale or discount are not eligible for return 🏷️
Used, damaged (by customer), or tag-removed items will not be accepted 🚫

🔁 EXCHANGE POLICY
Exchange is available for size issues or defective products only 📏
Exchange requests are processed within 2–3 working days after approval ⏳

🚚 FAILED DELIVERY / RTO POLICY
If the order is returned due to:
Incorrect address 📍
Customer not available 🚪
Refusal to accept order ❌
👉 Then shipping charges will not be refunded 💸
Re-shipping will be done only after additional shipping payment 🚛

💸 REFUND POLICY
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after product inspection 🔍
₹99 return charge will be deducted from the refund amount 💰
Refund will be issued to the original payment method / store credit 💳
